Dorinda Schmidtknecht – President & Chief Operating Officer
Dorinda Schmidtknecht has over 25 years of experience in financial and corporate asset management with a focus on financial reporting, project management, contract compliance review, and client account management. As the President & COO, Dorinda sets the long term goals and strategies for cBEYONData. She is cBEYONData’s Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dorinda negotiates all contracts, directly manages the company’s banking relationship, and manages the company’s recruiting and infrastructure. She has established policies and procedures that instill cBEYONData’s core values in our associates while ensuring we provide exceptional customer service in a cost-effective manner to deliver high-quality products to the customer. Dorinda spearheads the cBEYONData’s marketing and social media campaign to further the company’s growth. Prior to joining cBEYONData, Dorinda worked as an Officer of Portfolio & Asset Management at National Real Estate Advisors, Senior Manager at Cambridge Asset Advisors, and Senior Manager at Charles E. Smith Companies. Dorinda has done graduate work in Real Estate and Infrastructure at the Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC and she holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Strayer University.
David Schmidtknecht – Principal
David Schmidtknecht has over 25 years of technical and management experience in the Information Technology industry and is responsible for setting long term sales and delivery strategy for the organization. David is a recognized leader in business intelligence and has a long track record of managing a number of successful business intelligence professional services firms. Prior to founding cBEYONData, David worked as a Vice President at Data Management Group, Controller at Collaborex, and Practice Manager at Noblestar. David holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Strayer University.
Keith Johnson – Chief Technical Officer
Keith Johnson has over 25 years of technical and managerial experience in the Information Technology field. As the CTO for cBEYONData, Keith manages teams of IT professionals on our various projects, as well as he provides technology expertise for our proposals and oversees the company’s technology infrastructure, technological planning and development. Keith has led teams of analysts, programmers and technical experts in the development of enterprise-wide, mission-critical applications using a variety of development tools across numerous platforms. Keith has managed and implemented numerous data warehouse, business intelligence, and enterprise information management solutions using technologies such as SAP Business Objects, Microstrategy, and Microsoft. Prior to joining cBEYONData, Keith worked as the CTO at Data Management Group, Integration Manager at iFinance, and Data Warehouse Practice Manager at Noblestar. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Tom Fallwell – Chief Solution Architect
Tom Fallwell has been in the Information Technology industry for over 30 years focusing on Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for customers in industries including Oil and Gas, Medical, Finance, and State and Federal Government. Tom oversees the creation, design and implementation of technical solutions for our customers throughout the project’s life cycle. Tom’s vast experience includes managing teams of individuals on projects as well as within a practice area of an organization focused on delivering Business Intelligence. He is a frequent presenter and contributor to groups fostering BI. Prior to joining cBEYONData, Tom worked as a Practice Manager at Data Management Group, Project Lead at Noblestar and Director of Services at Quality High-Tech. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Michael Huffman – Vice President
During his 28-year career, Michael Huffman has spent over 18 years building, growing and managing organizations, programs and projects. He has extensive experience with consulting services delivery, successfully winning and managing fixed price and time and materials (T&M) contracts. Organizations managed have ranged from small projects with one resource, to a large program with a value exceeding $100M and over 120 people. He has 15 years of expertise with large COTS ERP and financials systems including the Oracle eBusiness Suite and CGI’s Momentum. He has direct experience with large system implementations and ongoing operations and maintenance of ERP systems. Michael has federal government financial expertise demonstrated via engagement with IAC/ACT, OMB and Treasury as the federal government moves into the cloud and toward a shared services model. He has led the application of Agile project management techniques and provides hands on experience implementing Agile principles and processes.
At cBEYONData, he is responsible for program oversight of various client engagements, as well as helping to expand on the success the company has had serving federal government clients. Michael holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. He is also a certified PMP as well as holding multiple Agile certifications.
Theresa Backus Dunn – Director of Marketing
Theresa Backus Dunn brings more than 28 years of experience in marketing, communications, sponsorship and public relations to her role as Director of Marketing. Her primary focus is to continually increase brand awareness and help drive business results. She has oversight of the website, social media and all marketing related materials. Theresa helps to position cBEYONData’s Executive Leaders as experts in Business Intelligence and Data Solutions at key conferences, business forums and speaking engagements.
Most recently, Theresa was the Executive Director for the American Chamber of Commerce in the State of Qatar, where she managed all aspects of the non-profit organization driving up annual growth by 12%. She helped evolve the organization from a promising start-up to a trusted pillar of the business community. Theresa has over 18 years in the shopping center industry both in the United States and internationally. Theresa has worked with some of the most well-respected developers and iconic shopping centers around the world. She was responsible for marketing budgets ranging from $1.7m to $6.8m. She has been awarded the highest awards and accolades for marketing through the industry’s association and by the country’s governments.
Theresa is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. She holds a Master of Arts in International Marketing from George Mason University.
Carolyn Hoskins – Director of Strategic Recruiting
Carolyn Hoskins is an experienced recruiting professional with over 20 years of recruiting and human resources experience. Her recruiting expertise spans across multiple disciplines from project management to information technology to accounting & finance. She has significant experience recruiting cleared professionals in the federal government sector, as well as for Fortune 500, nonprofit and state/local government. Carolyn’s focus at cBEYONData is to manage the recruiting process from sourcing of candidates through onboarding of new employees. Prior to cBEYONData, Carolyn spent 2 ½ years at Data Management Group as the Senior Technical Recruiter. Additional experience includes over 8 years in the staffing industry recruiting and placing high level Accounting & Finance professionals. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University.
Victoria Allison – Proposal Manager
Ms. Allison’s experience spans Federal, State and Local governments, as well as commercial Fortune 500 firms focusing on providing proposal management services including the support of strategic business development goals, solution development, process improvement, proposal lifecycle management and review, and oral presentation services. Vicky has a substantial track record of winning proposals and task orders in multiple disciplines including information technology services, program management, data center management, system development, and cyber security. As Proposal Management for cBEYONData, Vicky is responsible for managing all of cBEYONData’s proposal efforts, which includes providing win themes and proposal strategies and assisting with writing technical and management volumes; resulting in high-quality, responsive, compliant, client-focused winning proposals. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English, Professional and Technical Writing from Towson University and currently holds an Association of Proposal Management Professionals, Foundation Level certification.
Brenda Rincon – Director of Internal Operations
Brenda Rincon has over 20 years’ experience in contracts management, accounting, and human resources (HR) processes and procedures plus 10 years’ experience in job cost accounting. Brenda has a broad range of experience in the business intelligence arena with federal, state & local, and commercial customers with expertise in reporting for ITSS, GSA, STARS, 8A, and BOBJ Software. As the Director of Internal Operations for cBEYONData, Brenda has a range of responsibilities that includes GSA report preparation; managing the company’s HR related processes for our associates; customer billings; assisting with new contract reviews and contract administration; review of subcontractors’ invoices; and assisting with the management of the Mentor Protégé Program. Prior to joining cBEYONData Brenda worked as a Media Specialist at BAE Systems, Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Data Management Group, and Administrative Assistant for the Vice President at American Golf.
